Indian floriculture learns from Dutch developments

In April 2018 a group of 12 persons from Centre of Excellence Talegaon Flower Staff and Saveer company, both from India, followed a course at the World Horti Centre in the Netherlands. Flynth, course organizer, asked HollandDoor to inform the group about Dutch greenhouse cultivation.

Developments in the Netherlands were shown and compared with the situation in India. The need and struggle to be innovative for both Dutch and Indian companies was discussed. This training is not only meant for acquiring new knowledge, but also focuses on how the Indian farmers can use this knowledge in their local situation.
