Ethiopian agricultural teachers trained in practical teaching

At the beginning of November, Lisanne Oskam of HollandDoor visited Ethiopia together with Mark Bos from Qpoint as part of the Bright Future in Agriculture project. The focus this time was on implementing practical education at some of the eight ATVET (agriculture technical vocational education and training) schools. Over the past 2.5 years we have trained the agricultural teachers of these schools online and offline in practical teaching and developing skills sheets. Now the time has come that they will include the practical assignments in their lessons. New students starting from January 2023 will benefit from this. Practice makes perfect, so last week there was a lot of practice on fellow teachers. Useful, functional and sometimes quite complicated!
