For many years already, HollandDoor has maintained a good relationship with Jains Irrigation from India, one of the global market leaders in irrigation equipment.
In November, a high-profile delegation from the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh visited Europe and came to the Netherlands, especially to experience its horticultural sector. At the request of Jain, HollandDoor organized an inspiring tour to experience, learn and enjoy Dutch greenhouse horticulture.
The delegation was chaired by Mr. Arun Yadav, Ex state agriculture minister in Indian Government, coming from Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Bondriya, director of Krishak Jagat an important media channel and Mr. Vaibhav Jain, CEO of Eagle Seeds also joined the delegation, together with three progressive farmers. The group was accompanied by Mr. Sanjay Bhandari, President of Marketing of Jain for Madhya Pradesh.
Nolina Potroses, Barendse Gerbera, Rijk Zwaan, LMC Chrysanthemum and World Horti Centre were visited and inspired the group with Dutch horticultural knowledge, skills and way of working. The delegation was very much pleased with the visits.
